We are currently accepting the following insurance carriers: Oscar Health, Cigna, Oxford, Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Allied Coal, Ascension, CareSourse, Centigo, Claim DOC, Decent, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Prime Health, Unity, VNPN, Carelon, Quest, Horizon and United Healthcare.

If you do not see your insurance carrier, we are able to create a superbill to submit to your insurance company.

No. Using your insurance is always your choice. Many clients choose to pay privately, even if they have mental health benefits.

Choosing private pay offers several advantages, including:

• Greater privacy. Insurance companies typically require a mental health diagnosis and clinical documentation to determine medical necessity. When you choose private pay, your personal health information is not shared with your insurance company.

• More personalized care. Treatment decisions are made between you and your therapist—not based on insurance requirements or limitations.

• No session limits or authorization requirements. We can determine the frequency and length of treatment based on your needs rather than what your insurance plan approves.

• Greater flexibility. Private pay allows us to focus on growth, prevention, life transitions, relationship concerns, or personal development, even when these concerns may not meet an insurance company's definition of "medical necessity."

• Investment in your well-being. Many clients appreciate the ability to receive care that is tailored specifically to them without the restrictions that can sometimes accompany insurance coverage.

If we do not accept your insurance, we are more than happy to create a Superbill that has all services received. You can submit this to your insurance company and they may reimburse you.
