Compassionate Support for Binge Eating, Emotional Eating, and Weight Management
Many people find themselves stuck in the cycle of weight loss, regain, and frustration. For some, this includes navigating medications like Wegovy, Ozempic, or Mounjaro. While these treatments can help with appetite in the short term, they don’t address the underlying habits, thought patterns, and emotions that often make change hard to sustain.
At our practice, we work with clients to break free from this cycle by building skills for lasting success. We help clients explore practical strategies for managing stress without food, creating consistent routines, and reconnecting with natural hunger and fullness cues, even if medications have dulled them.
Our approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thoughts, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to strengthen long-term behavior change, and mindfulness-based strategies to support a healthier relationship with food and self. These evidence-based methods are paired with behavioral tools for sustainable eating, movement, and self-care.
Our goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers clients to move beyond short-term fixes toward lasting health and confidence. Whether someone is considering GLP-1 medications, actively using them, or exploring life after tapering off, we offer guidance and support tailored to their unique journey.
We also have experience supporting individuals who have undergone bariatric surgery, helping them navigate the emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle adjustments that are essential for long-term success.
